This fantastic initiative, led by OxLEP Skills Hub and supported by Ductu Portal, is designed to help young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) discover the wide range of career paths available across different industries. By participating in these workplace visits, students gain the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their future careers.
Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming four enthusiastic Year 9 students, Callum, Jayden, Rowan, and Finley from The Warriner School in Bloxham for a workplace visit. They were eager to explore career opportunities within the construction industry and gain valuable insights into the field.
