Hawkins Steel Ltd were approached by a local landscape designer Kasia Howard, who was looking for a fabricator to bring her idea to life so that the design could be exhibited at the Hampton Court Flower Show. We provided advice on the best material for her to use, and our fabricators also provided solutions on the best method of fabrication to keep the project within budget and to meet the timescales, without any compromise on her original design and vision.

The box section steel frame was curved using the latest technology as it was important that there was no creasing of the steel section. The steel structures were left without any coating, so that overtime they started to rust to give a more earthy appearance. This project proved to be a great success for Kasia, she won a Bronze award at the show, it also demonstrates the diversity of projects that our high skilled fabricators can undertake.
