Every year The Hawkins Group hold a staff day out to recognise and show our appreciation for employees who have been with the company for 7 Years or more.
This year we took our long service employees out for a day in the country.
Our day out included clay shooting, 4 x 4 Driving on a specially designed jungle track and completing a series of physical and mental team building tasks with the aim of winning as many crystals as possible to earn time in their very own crystal maze dome!
Needless to say everyone who attended had a great day, there was definitely a lot of laughter with maybe just a ‘tiny’ bit of competitiveness mixed in aswell!
