Hawkins Roofing Ltd were awarded the contract to execute a full external demolition and rebuild of the complete building envelope on this industrial unit at Milton Park in Abingdon.

Works undertaken by Hawkins Roofing included:

• Replacement of roof using Tata Trisobuild roof system with customized specification to meet client requirements.
• Installation of steel backed membrane lined Fatra gutter system.
• Installation of Aluminium curtain wall and automatic doors.
• Installation of new purlins and secondary steel throughout.
• Installation of Tata Trisobuild horizontal cladding system with customised specification to meet client requirements.
• Installation of Bespoke cantilevered PPC aluminium entrance canopies.
• Installation of sectional overhead doors and fire escape doors.
• Works carried out during normal work hours, on live extremely busy business park.
• No inconvenience was caused during the construction.
