Hawkins Roofing Ltd were awarded the contract to carry out the refurbishment to various roof and cladding areas on this commercial unit based in Camberley.

Work undertaken by Hawkins Roofing Included:

• The installation of a new over roof and overclad to the plant room areas
• A new Tiled roof to seamlessly join the original roof following entrance area alterations
• A new single-ply roof to the newly designed and built entrance
• A new flow forge steel plant deck including structural steel alterations.

Due to the construction of the original building, there were many challenges to overcome to allow for safe access whilst still completing the project to a high quality and ensuring we adhered to a very compact works programme.
