Roofing Class 24′ has been on-site for five months. After a week of onboarding, each participant has been assigned a supervisor and a buddy to help develop their skills and knowledge. This foundational phase is crucial for all involved and will prepare them for the next step in their careers.

Those labourers who demonstrate significant potential will be enrolled in a Roofer Level 2 Apprenticeship with Juniper Training Ltd in the coming weeks.
