Josh Brough, Seb Rudek, Dylan Kinchin-Smith, Sam Dwyer – Welder Apprentices
Steel Class 24′ joined Hawkins Steel in September, undergoing a week of onboarding followed by six weeks of skills training with Ian Baum, an experienced Welder Fabricator. They have all demonstrated the skills and behaviours expected from our Hawkins apprentices. They began their formal Level 2 Welder Apprenticeships with Make UK Apprentices and Skills in November, and as expected the team have shown a strong drive to learn and a commitment to excel in their apprenticeship, which has already been recognised by both their tutors and team members.
