Aiden Tibbets joined Hawkins Steel for a couple of weeks to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing and welding. His task was to design and create his own product. Aiden enjoyed developing his unique fitness product idea, a squat rack, with the support of our internal team. During his time with us, Aiden showed a strong passion for welding, and we were thrilled to hear his feedback about his experience, the new skills he acquired, and the inspiration he gained for his career and future steps in pipe welding.
