Hawkins Projects Ltd were awarded the contract alongside our sister company Hawkins Steel Ltd to deliver this turnkey new office and laundry fit out for a prestigious laundry company based in Dartford, Kent.
The brief called for Hawkins Projects to create a modern, spacious office area and fully functioning laundry.
Hawkins Projects were responsible for all aspects of the project including the office refurbishment, structural steel work, and all mechanical and electrical services to the laundry machinery, boiler rooms, plant rooms, sprinkler system, and compressors
The office project included: Specialist access floor, Demountable Solid & Glazed Partitions, Hardwood Veneered Door Sets, Bespoke Joinery, New Kitchen Installation, New Canteen Facility, New Floor Finishes, Feature Lighting, New Power & Data Supply, New Ventilation & Air Conditioning Units, All decoration, All electrical installations, All furniture
The steel fabrication included the fabrication, supply and installation of a large bespoke machinery mezzanine, dividing wall structure, Monorail support structures, Storage mezzanine, Sorting Station Platform & 5No independent platforms
