Hawkins Projects Ltd were recently awarded the contract to extend and refurbish this prestigious laundry facility in Edinburgh.

Hawkins Projects Ltd were responsible for the complete site set up and all health and safety procedures. The facility was open and running throughout the entire project with no disruption being caused to day to day business.

Work undertaken by Hawkins Projects Included:

• New steel frame extension designed and constructed
• Creation of a new staff canteen and locker rooms.
• Complete WC strip out and high-quality refurbishment
• Full re-design and refurbishment of the existing office areas
• Creation of new meeting rooms and offices
